Shipping: All of the UV products are professionally packaged to eliminate any breakage during shipping. We use variety of kraft tubes, wooden crates, large bubble wrapping and other material and tools to ensure your lamps are 100% secure and 100% intact upon delivery. Based on your destination, we utilize various carriers worldwide including Post Office, UPS, DHL and FedEx to ensure you get the best rate for shipping options and your product delivered in timely fashion. Shipping options are displayed in your checkout cart during checkout process. All special orders qualify for free shipping options via various carries.

Returns & Refunds: Thank you for your purchase with us, we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience and rest assured to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, if you like to return an item or have an item replaced. Please email us at order@LightExports.com to arrange a return pickup. Your replacement item will be shipped immediately or refund will be issued upon receipt of the return product back at our warehouse. Note: Due to nature of the manufacturing process and resources required, all Special Orders are non-refundable. However, we do offer replacements for Special Ordered products.
